It isn't every day that one hears of a chap who was at school with one being found guilty and fined for kerb-crawling. I am intrigued by the fact that he was kerb-crawling on a moped, not a mode of transport one immediately associates with such pastimes. Would it be too impertinent to ask if dear Nathan Moore offered the young lady his helmet? I suspect it would.
